Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penentuan informan dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 11 orang. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan.
