Abstract
Organizational Behavior (OB) is the study of how individuals, groups, and organizational structures influence behavior within an organization. It aims to understand, predict, and improve employee behavior to enhance organizational effectiveness and achieve organizational goals. Organizational behavior examines topics such as motivation, leadership, communication, teamwork, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and decision-making processes.
